As of June 2021, KB4577586 "Update for Adobe Flash Player removal"It will be included in the preview update for Windows 10, version 1809 and higher platforms. It will also be included in each of the subsequent Cumulative Updates, Microsoft said.



On the other hand, "as of July 2021, KB4577586 "Update for Adobe Flash Player Removal" will be included in the latest cumulative update for Windows 10, versions 1607 and Windows 10, version 1507. The KB will also be included in the Monthly Rollup and in the Security Update (Security Only) for Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard ".



What's more, Windows 10 version 21H1 or May 2021 update will be out anytime. And it won't come with Flash Player, clearly. Microsoft notes that when users upgrade to version 21H1 or later, Flash will be removed.



KB4577586 still an optional update to install for now. Once installed, the update that removes Flash cannot be uninstalled.
