POCO M3 vs OnePlus Nord N100, which is the best buy?

These two input ranges have a lot to say, but which is the most recommended option?

Buying a new smartphone is not an easy task. The Android landscape is crammed with vastly different options, and finding the right one can be a bit of a challenge. Thus, we have decided to help you with the odd comparison.

This time we are facing two quite cheap smartphones from China. On the one hand, the OnePlus Nord N100, the cheapest presented by the Asian firm during the past 2020. On the other, the LITTLE M3, also the most accessible thing brought to the market by this new POCO. We are talking about very different smartphones, Which of them is the best buy?

Which of these cheap smartphones do you prefer?

Design and display

POCO's smartphone arrives with a 6.53-inch LCD panel and Full HD + resolution. Made of plastic, it comes with a curious design and is available in a varied palette of striking colors. Exactly, it seems one of the personals of the popular game Among us.

The OnePlus mobile has a 6.52-inch IPS screen and HD + resolution. This occupies almost the entire front, except for a small chin and a tiny hole that houses its front camera.

As you can see, we are talking about terminals that share plastic as the main material, although they come with quite different designs. While the OnePlus N100 follows the lines of the Chinese firm, POCO's smartphone risks considerably more with its construction.

We ran into 3 cameras on the back of the POCO M3: incorporates a 48 megapixel main sensor, a macro sensor 2 megapixel camera and a repeating camera with 2 megapixel for the portrait mode. In the notch of its front, an 8 megapixel camera.

The OnePlus terminal also has 3 cameras on its rear: we meet a 13 megapixel main sensor, a macro sensor 2 megapixel and a repeating camera with 2 megapixels for the portrait mode. In the little hole on its front, an 8 megapixel camera.

Battery: no hassle to end your day

The large battery of the POCO M3 reaches up to 6,000 mAh, you can enjoy a very good autonomy. No matter how much you use it, you will arrive at the end of the day with enough battery. It also has a 18W load.

The battery of the OnePlus N100, on the other hand, stays in a not inconsiderable one 5,000 mAh. Again, taking into account the demands of the rest of its components, we can expect a good autonomy. We meet again with a load of 18W.

Processor and memory: Qualcomm's signature

The brain of the POCO M3 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, a processor that does a good job and with which you will not have problems for basic tasks. It incorporates 8 cores that run at a maximum speed of 2 GHz. You can find the Chinese device in a single version with 4 GB of RAM. On the other hand, you will have the possibility to choose between 64 GB and 128 GB of storage.

Inside the OnePlus N100 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460. Again we come across one of the chips of the North American firm, in this case made up of 8 cores that reach a top speed of 1.8 GHz. The Asian terminal comes with a single model with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.

The two Samsung terminals share a practically identical connectivity section. We met with Dual SIM, Wi-Fi Direct, 4G and the rest of the basic features. They also incorporate bluetooth 5.0, It could not be otherwise.

We do not forget the NFC connectivity, which allows you to pay in all types of establishments together with applications such as Google Pay and transfer files easily and quickly.

OnePlus N100 vs POCO M3, which is the best option?

You can buy the OnePlus N100 for about 130 euros in stores like Amazon. In the same way, we can find the LITTLE M3 around the 100 euros. In both cases we talk about its basic versions, which start with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.

Which is the best option? I think I have few doubts I would keep the LITTLE M3. In addition to being cheaper, it is slightly higher in practically all the sections. We won a screen with Full HD + resolution, a somewhat more powerful processor and a battery with higher amperage.

As we have pointed out on more than one occasion, the POCO M3 is one of the best purchases if you are looking for a simple smartphone that you can trust. For just over 100 euros, practically nobody can stand up to him.
