There are still months to see the official Huawei P50 series, but the leaks have not waited that long. In recent weeks we have learned about various aspects of the next flagships of the Chinese firm, such as your design or your screen, But now a crucial new detail has emerged.

According to the insider @hereYashRaj the series P50 would come with two variants, one with Android and the other with HarmoryOS. For the Chinese market, only the Huawei P50 would be available with HarmonyOS as the operating system, while for the rest of the world both versions will be marketed and it will be the users who choose which one they prefer.

Precisely, the fact that the HarmonyOS 2.0 version was based on Android should have given us some clue of the possible intentions of Huawei. Not in vain, the Chinese firm seems to have breathed a bit in terms of US restrictions after the defeat of Donald Trump in the last American elections. At least that's how Tik Tok felt it.

First specifications revealed

Although at the moment it is too early to certify some of its specifications, the same informant has revealed several aspects that will accompany the supposed two versions of the Huawei P50. For example, configurations of 6 or 8 GB of RAM beside 128 or 256 GB of ROM. Also, quite possibly all of them include the Kirin 9000 E chip.

Finally, according to the forecasts of Yash Raj Chaudhary, the new series will arrive earlier than usual, so the terminals included in the Huawei P50 range could arrive this spring or earlier.
