First but important details of the next Motorola smartphone for the mid-range.

Geekbench has shown the specifications of Motorola's next device for the mid-range, the Moto G Play (2021), something that suggests that the device would reach the market very soon. Precisely because of the name, the phone is expected to be on sale next year, although most likely during the first month or two.

In addition to being able to further adjust the launch date, the documents provided by Geekbench also reveal the most important specifications of this next Motorola device, with a big question: the processor.

The Moto G Play 2021 will integrate a Snapdragon processor, but it is not yet known exactly which one. Various sources point to two possible variants, Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 or Snapdragon 662 SoC.

What is known for sure is that the new phone of the American company will come with 3 GB of RAM and Android 10, Despite the new version, Android 11 is already available.

Also came to light earlier this month several CAD versions in which you could see a perforated screen (for the selfie camera), side fingerprint scanner and a triple rear camera. Regarding the dimensions, according to this image the Moto G Play 2021 equips a front 6.5 inch and measures 165.3 x 75.4 x 9.5mm.

Also, the TUV certification of the device has revealed that it is equipped with a 4,850 mAh battery that admits a 20W fast charge.

At the moment this is all the information we have about the Moto G 2021. It is expected that its launch in the first weeks will be accompanied by the Moto G Stylus 2021.
