How to update

Make sure you are running macOS 10.10 or later. To check your version of the system, click on the Apple icon in the upper panel and select About this Mac as shown in the picture above.

To check if Big Sur is already available you just have to click on Software update..., and wait for the system to check. You can also skip this step and go directly to the App Store in search of Big Sur and start the installation process from there as if it were the purchase of any other app.
